Scraping a portion of a content can also damage the original owner.<BR/><BR/>If someone copies a content from a blog without asking permission (although it has a link back to the site) is like stealing and therefore can be called INHUMANE (or NOT HUMANE).<BR/><BR/>However, it will be very much different if you use your own words to describe the content, or if you quote them to give emphasis on the content.<BR/><BR/>Hope that satisfies your question.
