I have been working for different Japanese companies for over ten years and as I observed them, they are very workaholic. No wonder that they have a very stable career in terms of technology. One of their effective strategies in everything they do is Kaizen. It is a Japanese term which means improvement, or continuous improvement. Although the whole process looks complicated, it is the PDCA cycle that makes it simple and it can also be applied to blogging. Here it goes.

Very good post. However, it gives pressure on us noob bloggers...
Something that started as a hobby seems to be taking a life on its own...Checking stats, looking at SEO, and now Kaizen
